Life is precious...

I am eternally greatful to God for giving me and my family a second chance in life. The three of us were driving to West Virginia for a weekend spring break vacation and met with a terrible accident on the highway...The car went out of control and was spinning like crazy in the middle of the interstate...I was praying with every last inch of my strength for the car to stop.
God is extremely kind to us for we came out of this nightmare without anybody hurt except the car was wrecked or as they say totalled.I am still traumatized with what happened or what could have happened.I hug my family tight every minute I get a chance...and I run and stand in front of my God and utter a prayer every other minute.
With an impeccable driving record for the past 10 yrs ,driving the very same car...it was difficult for me to grasp that anything like this could happen with me behind the wheels!!
Still shaken and not feeling the energy to do any thing but everyday duty has to be done and life has to be brought back to normal routine.
I don't know but thought I should share this with you all as you all come and look for me .
Hope to be back to doing what I love to do most ....some painting , my fav DIYs and things like that soon ...
untill then.....

It is shocking, how did the car go out of control, anyway as you say God was there looking out for you and your family, and we are all glad you all are safe and unhurt.

My first comment on your blog although I have been reading it for a while now. I am glad you and your family are okay. It has happened to me although not so bad but all you need is gratitude and you have that so just a little more time and you will come out of it sooner than you think. Thank goodness all of you are safe.

Good to know you are safe. You will heal with time but don't stop driving locally as it will be hard to get started again. I completely understand how you feel.
